1. How can i make payment for my shipment?

You can make payment at the origin of your cargo or while collecting the cargo in Kenya or Uganda

2. Where do i collect my cargo from after shipment?

You will collect your cargo from our respective office, depending on how you addressed it.

You can always call our office to inquire the status of your cargo but we will always call you to notify arrival of your cargo.

4. How do you measure cargo weight for Air Freight?

We use the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight in kilograms. Actual weight is measured using normal scales and volumetric weight is calculated length(cm) x height (cm) x width (cm) / 6000

5. Can i track my cargo ?

Yes you can track your cargo on our website using the Airway Bill number
